Nestable plastic crates are designed to stack within each other when empty. This reduces the storage space required when they are not in use. They have thinner and more flexible walls than regular plastic crates and can be folded or deformed to reduce their size. They are also available in different sizes and shapes, with or without lids, and are often used to store or transport lightweight or bulk products such as fruits, vegetables, or textiles. The crates may have varying levels of nesting coefficient, which impacts space saving. We primarily offer plastic crates with nesting coefficients of 50, 70, and 80%.

Nestable plastic crates are plastic containers used in nearly every industrial, logistical, and commercial sector for storing, handling, and transporting goods. They are particularly appreciated in the agricultural and fishing sectors due to their compactness when empty.
Their intelligent design and versatility make them indispensable tools in the field of modern logistics. In this presentation, we will explore the features, benefits, and uses of nestable plastic crates, as well as their environmental impact.
They are generally made from plastic such as polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE), and increasingly from entirely recycled material. These materials offer resistance to impacts, moisture, and chemicals, ensuring the durability of the crates.
This resistance also facilitates cleaning and maintenance operations. They can be washed, disinfected, and reused hygienically.
Nestable plastic crates are designed to nest within each other when empty, with a nesting rate of 50 to 80%. This allows for a considerable space saving during storage or empty transport.
Most nestable plastic crates are equipped with ergonomic handles to facilitate handling and transportation. These handles provide a comfortable and secure grip, thereby reducing the risk of injuries for workers.
