Our "Molded Pallets" are specifically sized to optimize container loads. Two sizes and two resistors are available to match your needs as closely as possible. Our pallet sizes 760 X 1140 and 1140 X 1140, and load capacities 900 kg and 1250 kg. To save storage space, they can be stacked and nested. Presswood pallets are very light. They reduce the risk of MSDs and accidents at work for your teams during order preparation handling. They are totally dry (+/- 10%) and ISPM15 compliant. Thanks to their intrinsic qualities, you, no longer, run the risk of blocking your international exports at customs. Presswood Pallets are recognized by the most intransigent countries importing wood packaging such as Japan, Australia, or the USA & China.
Our PressWood Pallets are PEFC certified.
The absence of soles allows easy handling by stacker, pallet truck and cart from all 4 sides. No need to force to insert the forks on any side of the pallet. With 4 entrances, they can be easily handled either by a pallet truck (or stacker) or with a forklift on all sides. No need to force with the pallet truck, there is no sole to block the introduction of the forks on either side.

The different models
Two sizes and two resistors per size are available to adapt to all your needs the 760 X 1140 and the 1140 X1140.
The 760X1140 format allows 3 pallets to be loaded in the width of a container, while a standard 800X1200 pallet only allows 2.

Storage Conditions
We prefer to store piles of empty moulded pallets under shelter.
However, if you cannot store indoors, we can add a protective cover.
This protects your pallet stacks from top to bottom and protects them from the elements. They will retain all their properties before use.

Environmental Impact
Moulded wood pallets are 100% recyclable and Bio-Degradable and can go back into a complete reconditioning cycle and be used either for the design of new wood composite products or be used in bio-mass to produce energy. They are a real ecological alternative and contribute to the circular economy.
Our factories are PEFC certified, which guarantees the origin of the wood raw material. This certification also guarantees the preservation of natural ecosystems.
Moulded wood pallets do not take more wood from the forest. Manufacturing is based on related sawmill products (wood chips) and recycling economy (wood shredding). The use of these materials directly available allows to keep the carbon capture longer.
Quality
The manufacture of pallets follows a very rigorous quality control process. From the receipt of the raw material to the finished product, sampling and quality tests are carried out at the various stages of production. Pallets that do not meet quality standards due to their varying weight and strength characteristics are systematically discarded. They are then crushed and the recovered raw material can be used again in the production of a new pallet.
The monobloc structure, i.e. the production in one piece, under thermo-moulding, gives the moulded pallet a better solidity while remaining lighter. It also has more precise dimensions, which it keeps even in very humid environments.
In addition, they are accepted as food packaging and sanitary approved. As with wood packaging in general, it is not recommended to apply any food directly without protection and packaging or additional support.
