General terms and conditions are relevant for all sales directly on the web site or done by MPO SAS
1° Sales Order Process
1.1 Directly on MyPalletsOnline.com
The customer choose et select 1 or severals products directly on the web site of www.mypalletsonline.com. Once a product is selected it goes automatically in the cart
At the end of the shopping, The Customer from the cart follow steps until the final validation by the payment page. The Customer has to validate the general terms and conditions by clinking into the proper box.
MyPalletsOnline.com & MPO SAS can refuse for professional customer the order. In case the Professional customer has already paid, It will be paid back within 3 open days.
1.2 Directly to MPO SAS
Following the Offer (quotation), The customer send back to MPO SAS, its acceptance. The order is filled in by MPO SAS and a receipt order is sent automatically to the customer.
The Customer has to check all information mentioned in the receipt order including products, quantities prices, delivery address and truck specifications.
MyPalletsOnline.com & MPO SAS keeps the right refusing for professional customers if an existing dispute is on going or invoices still unpaid.
2° Cancelling an Order
2.1 Cancelling
The Customer can cancel his order for any reason within 48 hours and only if the order is not in course of preparation.
After 24 hours, an amount corresponding of 50% will be kept by MPO SAS. The rest paid back with in 3 open days.

3° Prices
Displayed on the web site MyPalletsOnline.com
Prices displayed are in Euros (€) and without VAT. Prices are fixed.
4° Terms of Payment
Orders should be paid following severals option directly available at the payment page. Term of payment can be changed at all time by MyPalletsOnline.com & MPO SAS.
5° Delivery Time
Customer orders are delivered following an average time mentioned here below. However, the delivery can valuate from 1 or 2 opens days following countries or difficult areas like island or montain.
Average Delivery Time :
- Presswood pallets : from 1 to à 2 weeks following quantities
- Plastic pallets : From 1 to 2 weeks following quantities
- Cardboard pallets : From 1 to 2 weeks
- Custom Plastic pallets : From 1 to 2 weeks following quantities
- Wooden Collar : Depending on the quantity from 1 to 3 weeks
- Big Bag : from 48 hours to 1 week following quantities
- Mulch Wood – Wood Chips : de 48 hours to 1 week

6° Conditions of delivery
The delivery is depending of your order. It can be done in 1 shipping or severals
7° Quality and Conformity
The customer has to control at the reception the conformity of his order.
In case of issue on the product. The customer must write on the delivery form all problems seen.
Without any complaint clearly put on the delivery receipt, damages will not be taken into consideration.
8° Tolerances
8.1 In accordance with specifications, deviations upward and downward are permissible.
8.2 Tolerances
* Presswood Pallets : +/- 5% of each section
* Plastic Pallets : +/- 5% of each section
* Custom Plastic Pallets : +/- 5% of each section
* Cardboard Pallets : +/- 3 mm of each section
* Big Bag : +/- 5 % of all dimension Heiht, length ans width. +/- 5% of the Canva density (gr/m²)
* Mulch Wood : +/- 10% of each bag due to moisture content that can valuate following the weather and climate conditions
9° Appicable Law and Juridiction
9.1 Juridiction
French laws are only applicable for all conditions and/or agreement between parties. In case of dispute Only the Court of Bordeaux can be requested
9.2 language
The legal form of the general terms and conditions is in French. In case a translation into another language, parties accept that only the French version is valid.
