Our assembled plastic pallets are produced from 4 main elements, the tray and the 3 soles. As for the size 80X120, we propose you the Food quality pallet in size 100X120, this product has the particularity to be produced in a specific mould allowing to obtain a totally smooth and non porous pallet. The 100X120 H1 pallet is produced from 100% virgin HDPE.

The repairable PVC plastic pallet of dimensions 1000X1200 (mm) is widely used for the storage of small parts in industry and frequent handling inside storage warehouses.

Conditions of use
Storage conditions
You can store them inside or outside for a long time. However, it is prudent and strongly advised not to leave the plastic pallets outside statically and exposed to the weather for more than 3 months. The alternation of climatic conditions as well as the sensitivity to ultraviolet rays can alter the intrinsic characteristics of your pallets.
Handling conditions & precautions
As with any object, when handling manually, the use of suitable safety gloves is strongly recommended.
For handling assisted by a stacker, pallet truck or forklift, handling precautions are the same as for all types of pallets. movements must be secured and adapted to preserve product quality. Any sudden impact against the pallet at any point can alter its own characteristics.
Environmental impact
Once cleaned and ground, the plastic granulates can again be used to manufacture new products such as bottle caps, watering cans and many other products.
