What we advise you to know before your search
- the estimated weight of your products or waste (overestimate a little to be safe),
- the volume this represents.
A bulk bag can easily contain several hundred kilos, we advise you to check your handling and lifting equipment before packing.
All our bulk bag images include:
- dimensions by arrow and mention of Width x Depth x Height,
- The logo-pictograms of m3, weight resistance and volume equivalence litres.
If the Recycling Bulk Bags are composed of a closing skirt, a filling chute (spout) or emptying chutes (spout) , a second drawing integrates the measurements of these elements.

Width & Depth (length)
All our FIBCs (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers, Bulk Bags) are ordered according to width and depth (e.g. 90 x 90 cm) to make your choice easier and simpler.
Height
As specialists in Bulk Bags and in particular those suitable for the bag recycling sector, we offer you the possibility to separate the height for dimensional criteria.
In our experience, the choice of height is as important as, or more important than, the basic dimensions for some due to their filling equipment. You also have the possibility to search only by this single criteria. This gives you a direct selection according to the selected height range with all basic dimensions and their strengths and capacities.
What does Volume mean?
It is used to measure the theoretical capacity of your waste and recycling Bulk Bag. Normal manufacturing tolerances may increase or decrease the fill volume by a few percent. If you fill your Bulk Bag with a homogeneous material such as sand, the volume (combined with the strength) will be the right measure for you. For packaging material of various shapes and sizes (e.g. large plastic shreds or scrap metal) this will increase the vacuum and mechanically reduce the filling volume. If you know the density then it will be even easier for you to select the right bulk bag.
Definition of safety resistance
The SWL is the safety load. It indicates the weight limit above which the Bulk Bag is no longer certified. Beyond this, the bag is no longer suitable for you.
A safety factor is applied during strength testing and certification but we strongly advise against filling your bag above the limit mentioned on each page of our products and on the mandatory safety labels sewn inside the Bulk Bags.
What is Grammage ?
This is the thickness of the fabric, expressed in grams/m².
A high grammage indicates a high thickness of canvas. The thickness increases the resistance to the weight of the load. It also allows the Bulk Bag to be certified in class SF 6:1 (reusable). In contrast, the more traditional thicknesses are SF 5:1 (non-reusable). With a greater thickness, the resistance to impact, sharp, shearing, and heavy products will also be higher.

We customise your bulk bags (with a minimum quantity) by adding your logo or visual identity on 1, 2 or 4 printed sides.
In the same way, we can personalise the security label, sewn inside each bag, customising its content with your company name, contact details and website address. If you need specific information or security pictograms, we can add them and send you the proof beforehand for validation.

We are able to fully customise your Bulk Bag using sewing threads in your colours; transforming the straps into a specific colour or reducing or extending the size.

Conditions of use
Storage conditions
Empty Bulk Bags can be stored outside, even for a prolonged period, provided that they are protected and that the weather (rain, hail, sun) cannot come into direct contact.
However, we advise you to store them indoors and away from direct sunlight to avoid damage caused by excessive exposure to UV rays.
Safety labels sewn into the inside of our bags outline and remind us of the uses and best practices.
Handling conditions
The handling and filling conditions depend entirely on the model.
For example, if your bulk bag has 4 standard or cross-corner straps you can handle it by inserting the forks of a forklift into its 4 lifting points.
Alternatively, once loaded, it can be placed on a suitably sized handling pallet for storage and shipping. As an example of frequent use, the filled bulk bag container, placed on a pallet, can be put directly into a rack. Or the arrangement on a wooden pallet with 3 or 5 bottom boards allows you to stack safely.
We can also advise you and study for you the pallets best adapted to your needs according to your logistics and storage constraints.

When handling by hand, we strongly advise you to wear suitable safety gloves.
