Uses Folding extension 2 boards Dimensions 600X800
Convert a simple wooden half-pallet with outer dimensions 600X800 mm into a crate and you can thus store your heavy articles, or in bulk. With only 1 extension, you have a volumetric capacity e 0.10m3 or approximately 100 liters.
Our wooden extensions fit one on top of the other, stack several and you increase the volume and payload of the pallet box. For more safety, do not exceed 5 nested extensions which already allows a filling height of one meter and an internal volume of 0.50m3.
Use a pallet adapted to the maximum weight of your items. The European standard 600X800 pallet can support up to 750kg ,and the lightweight about 300kg. The 60X80 cm extension also fits on dusseldorfer pallets.
These characteristics may be lower depending on the condition of your pallet if it is used.
Your extension is foldable to be stored and stored whenever needed. It takes up less space horizontally or vertically.
Collect and take back your extensions by folding them, you will save transport costs by folding your extensions.
Extensions are packaging for multi-use storage and can therefore be reused both for your internal and external logistics circuits.

Features Wooden extension for half pallet 600X800
Foldable and New, these wooden collars are built with two boards 100 mm high constituting 200 mm overall in height. The species used is softwood (pine or fir, etc.), the 4 faces are planed and surfaced. The model presented is assembled with first choice wood. The first choice means in our case, almost no visible knots. The visible knots do not reduce the mechanical characteristics of the extensions as long as they are attached to the wooden board.
With its four galvanized steel hinges, they constitute the assembly and riveting at the corners by 8 rivets. The hook tabs measure 30 mm and are designed to stack perfectly in pallet corners. Once installed, your extension does not disengage from its mother pallet during handling either with a forklift truck or with manual or electric pallet trucks.
All our foldable collars are heat treated (heat treatment) and are approved to the ISPM15 standard (see our article on the standard). With our certificate, you export your products without risk during customs clearance.
We also offer you to dry your extensions in an oven specially adapted to wood. We will send you the drying certificate and the average dryness values.

Packaging
We pack your parcel on a wooden pallet containing 120 folded extensions. On request, we can reduce the quantity to a minimum of 50 pieces.
Your package is carefully prepared and packed to avoid damage during transport until it reaches your home.
The total length, once folded, is 1 times the length + 1 times the width for the extension 6000X800, 1.4 meters length.

As from the validation of your order, we deliver you under 10 days maximum directly from our manufacturing plant.
We deliver everywhere in metropolitan France and also everywhere in the world on simple request.
Storage conditions
We advise you to store your extensions inside when they are not in use in order to prolong their lifespan. This being said, you can also load or empty for space reasons favour outdoor storage.
