Uses New Foldable Collar Dimension 60X80 in Wood for half pallet
Convert a new or used half euro size pallet 600X800 mm into a pallet box for storing and storing your goods, spare parts and heavy products, in bulk or of high value. You get a volume of 0.10m3 equivalent to about 100 liters of capacity.
You can combine several of them and increase the loading volume of your pallet transformed into a wooden crate. We draw your attention to our advice not to exceed 5 extensions in high. With 5 collars ,you get a storage height of one meter and a volume equivalent of 0.50m3 (500 liters).
The handling half pallet must be adapted to the maximum load of your products. For the half-pallet 60X80 Europe its resistance can support up to 500kg in bulk, the light +/- 300kg. The new wooden extensions 60X80 can also be placed on a dusseldorfer pallet.
After use, your extension folds up for storage and takes up little space horizontally or vertically.
For the shipment of high value products, collect your extensions while saving in transportation by folding it.
Wooden extensions are multi-purpose and reusable storage products for your internal and external logistics circuits. Depending on the conditions, you and your clients can organise a guarantee system to preserve and protect your assets.
You wish to identify your rehausses ? We print them "with fire" with your Logo or your mark on 1, 2 or 4 faces.
We can also mark your extensions with a unique or chronological number according to the property identification you wish to manage your fixed assets.
Characteristics Wooden Collar for half pallet 60X80
Foldable wooden collars are assembled with 200mm high wooden boards. The tree species used is softwood (pine or fir) and the 4 faces are carefully planed and surfaced. The model presented is produced with first choice boards. The 1st choice in this case of figure notifies the quasi absence of nodes. The visible wooden knots do not present any risk on the characteristics of the extensions if they are firmly attached to the wooden board.
With 4 galvanized steel hinges forming the junctions, they are riveted at the corners with 8 steel rivets. The four attachment points are 30 mm and are moulded to fit perfectly into the corners of the pallet. Once in place, the extension does not become detached from the pallet during handling, either with a forklift truck or with manual or electric pallet trucks.
All our folding extensions are heat treated (heat treatment) and are approved to the ISPM15 standard (see our article on the standard). With our certificate, you export your products without risk during customs clearance.
We also offer you to dry your extensions in an oven specially adapted to wood. We will send you the drying certificate and the average dryness values.

Packaging
We pack your parcel on a wooden pallet containing 120 folded extensions. On request, we can reduce the quantity to a minimum of 50 pieces.
Your package is carefully prepared and packed to avoid damage during transport until it reaches your home.
The total length, once folded, is 1 times the length + 1 times the width for the extension 60X80, 1.4 meters length.

Storage conditions
We advise you to store your extensions inside when they are not in use in order to prolong their lifespan. This being said, you can also load or empty for space reasons favour outdoor storage.
