Pallet in Wood is subject to the ISPM 15 standard for the heat treatment (HT - IPPC) of wood packaging and pallets.
The relative humidity of the wood pallet is above 45%. For this reason, we strongly advise you to mechanically dry your pallets for your container or long-distance truck exports.
This will avoid the potential inconvenience of contamination by mould or fungus as well as the rising of humidity on your boxes during deliveries.
For your exports, we provide you a certificate of conformity of the pallets that we will have been treated in accordance with the standard ISPM15.
Dusseldorfer Wood Pallet EPAL 7 standard, does not require special storage conditions. You can store indoors or outdoors.
When loaded with your products, they can be stored sheltered or outdoors depending entirely on the protection and weather sensitivity of your products.

The variability in moisture content of the wood imposes tolerances on the dimensions of +0/-2mm. The tolerances are greater during mechanical drying where the shrinkage of the wood is greater +0/-4mm.

No, it is not possible for us to sell our new or recycled wooden pallet directly online. Indeed, to be competitive for you, we need to calculate the lowest possible transport costs and therefore ensure that deliveries can be made from the factories closest to you.
A few years ago, we still sold directly to private individuals our pallet in new or recycled (used) wood. Based on that experience, it became clear to us, both qualitatively and economically, that this service did not meet our customers' expectations.
From a qualitative standpoint, wood is a living material: blueing, black or green marks make it incompatible with decorative requirements and can naturally lead to dissatisfaction.
Economically, one must realize that a wooden pallet represents volume (a European pallet is 80 cm x 120 cm x 14.4 cm) and significant weight (European pallet +/- 25 kg). While the unit price of a pallet is relatively low, transport costs are very high for delivering only a few units. Ordering, for example, 10 pallet is already +/- 250 kg... Private customers not having suitable handling equipment make delivery conditions impossible to ensure by our carriers.
