No surprises at the end of your order! Our pricing terms for your empty Big Bags allow us to offer free delivery and packaging included in Metropolitan France.
If you are located in Corsica or on another French island, please contact us in advance. We will prepare a personalized estimate based on your location within 24 hours.
Our shipping methods
Depending on the quantity ordered, we offer several delivery methods.
- To your home or workplace, we entrust delivery to delivery specialists such as Chronopost or Colissimo.
- Can’t receive at home or at your office? We offer delivery to a pickup point and you choose the location most convenient for you (each parcel weighing under 20 kg). The empty Big Bag you are currently viewing under reference «BBS100X100X170-4S-1250-N-GR-FP-C» weighs +/- 1.97 N/A kg.
- From one pallet, we entrust delivery to specialized carriers and, upon request, we can arrange a truck fitted with a tail lift and a pallet truck to deliver to your chosen location at your address.
Packing
- Up to 30 kg, your Big Bag order will be prepared in a single parcel.
- From 90 kg, we will ship your unlaminated polypropylene bags packed on a non-returnable Euro pallet (or equivalent pallet format 80x120).

The base of the Big Bag is 100 x 100 cm; its external dimensions are:
Length: 100 cm,
Width: 100 cm,
And height: 170 cm.
It is equipped with 4 lifting straps made of unlaminated polypropylene.
Its top-loading system is formed by a filling spout. The bottom is a closed flat base.
Its safe load capacity must not exceed 1250 kg. Its unlaminated woven polypropylene fabric in white (neutral brand) has a thickness of 160 g/m².
Neutral brand means our Big Bags are not printed with any logo or brand.
In fact, we have chosen not to use them for advertising purposes.
However, we can, according to your wishes, print your Big Bags in your colours (logos, brand or any other inscription) on 1, 2 or 4 faces, from single-colour up to full-colour.

ISPM15 Treatment and Exports
Big Bag sacks are not subject to the ISPM15 standard relating to heat treatment of wooden packaging and pallets.

Storage conditions
This empty 100X100X170 (cm) Big Bag can be stored outdoors even for a prolonged period provided it is protected and that the elements (rain, hail, sun) cannot be in direct contact.
However, we recommend and prefer indoor storage, protected from direct sunlight to avoid degradation caused by prolonged exposure to ultraviolet rays.
Handling conditions
Equipped with 4 standard straps you can handle it by inserting forklift forks into its 4 lifting points.
You can also, once loaded, place it on a handling pallet of appropriate dimensions for storage and shipping.
For common use, the filled big bag placed on a pallet can be put directly onto racking.
Alternatively, placing it on a handling support with 3 or 5 runners allows safe stacking.
We can advise you and assess the pallets best suited to your needs according to your logistics and storage constraints.
General information, safety precautions and customization
During manual handling by an operator, we strongly recommend wearing appropriate safety gloves. Keep out of reach of children.
These bags can be used for product packaging. Depending on the type, they can also be used for recycling and filtration.

Quality of our Big Bags
These standard-quality Big Bags - rated for 1250 kg, filling capacity 1.5995299999999999 m3 (1599.53 litres) - are manufactured according to rigorous quality criteria using duly controlled, high-quality raw materials. The filling volume may vary by +/- 5% depending on fabric tolerances as well as humidity levels and indoor or outdoor temperature.
Sampling tests are carried out to ensure durable use and compliance with specifications. The lifting points and seams are also checked under load and tension. This product is class 5/1.
Big Bags that do not pass quality control are discarded.
Environmental impact
Our empty Big Bag sacks are produced from virgin unlaminated polypropylene. As a result, they are 100% recyclable in the plastics recycling stream.
What is a Classic U-PANEL BigBag?
The classic U-PANEL construction is made from a square or rectangular fabric forming the base of the bag (the closed flat bottom).
The 4 sides are then sewn with standard seams (N/A), at right angles, forming the bag body, which allows safe filling of your products.
The 4 standard straps are sewn at the top of the bag directly onto the corners and side panels, Classic 160g/m² unlaminated polypropylene, ensuring lifting and handling.
