Our shipping methods
Depending on the quantity ordered, we offer several delivery methods.
- To your home or workplace, we entrust delivery to delivery specialists such as Chronopost or Colissimo.
- Can’t receive at your home or office? We offer delivery to a collection point and you choose the most convenient location for you (weight of each parcel under 20 kg). The empty Big Bag you are currently viewing under reference “BBC90X90X180-4C-1500-N-JR-GV-C” weighs +/- 2.3499999 kg.
- From a pallet, we entrust delivery to specialized carriers and, upon your request, we can provide a truck equipped with a tail lift and a pallet truck to deliver wherever you want at your site.
Packaging
- Up to 30 kg, your Big Bag order will be prepared in a single parcel.
- From 90 kg, we will ship your unlaminated polypropylene bags packed on non-returnable Euro pallets (or equivalent pallet format 80x120 cm).

The base of the big bag is 90 x 90 cm, its external dimensions are:

It is equipped with 4 crossed lifting straps made of unlaminated polypropylene.
Its loading system, from the top, is formed by a Filling Skirt 30. The bottom is a Discharge Spout 35X50.
Its safe load capacity must not exceed 1500 kg. Its classic woven fabric in white (neutral brand) has a thickness of 180 g/m².
Neutral brand means our Big Bags are not marked with any logo or brand.
Indeed, we have decided not to advertise by exploiting the sale of our products.
However, we can, according to your wishes, print your Big Bags in your colors (logos, brand or any other inscription) on 1, 2 or 4 faces, in single color or four-color printing.

ISPM 15 treatment and exports
Big Bag sacks are not concerned by the ISPM 15 standard regarding heat treatment of wooden packaging and pallets.
Conditions of use
Storage conditions
This empty Big Bag 90 x 90 (cm) can be stored outdoors even for a prolonged period provided it is protected and that weather (rain, hail, sun) cannot come into direct contact with it.
However, we advise and recommend indoor storage, protected notably from sunlight to avoid degradation due to prolonged exposure to ultraviolet rays.
Handling conditions
Equipped with 4 crossed straps you can handle it by inserting the forklift forks into its lifting points.
You can also, once loaded, place it on a handling pallet of appropriate dimensions for storage and shipping. For frequently used situations, the filled big bag placed on a pallet can be put directly into racking.
Also, placing it on a handling support with 3 or 5 slats allows safe stacking.
We can advise you and study the pallets best suited to your needs according to your logistics and storage constraints.
General information, precautions for use and customization
During manual handling by an operator, we strongly recommend wearing suitable safety gloves. Keep out of reach of children.
These bags are suitable for packaging and containment of products. Depending on the type, they can also be used for recycling and filtration.

What is a Circular BigBag?
Its construction is made from a round (tubular) fabric forming the bottom and base of the bag (35X50 Discharge Spout) and a filling envelope forming the body stitched in a single operation.
The Circular Big Bag has the particularity of having no vertical seam. They are very useful for packaging and storing very fine products (powders, dusts, and free-flowing powders).
The 4 straps crossed are sewn to the top of the bag directly on the corners and side faces, Classic180 g/m² unlaminated polypropylene, ensuring lifting and handling.
