Packaging
Our BigBag 95 X 95 X 140 cm, in unlaminated polypropylene are packaged by 5.
The weight of a package does not exceed 9.5 kg.
Choice of delivery
To be always closer to you and your needs, we have selected several delivery methods:
at your home within 48 hours maximum
in Relay Point under 48 hours maximum
at any other location according to your choice in metropolitan France at home or at a relay point within 48 hours.
In your customer area, you can add as many places as you wish and we offer you the same quality service at home or in a local relay point.
We can also configure for you your different delivery locations as well as "model" orders that will be directly accessible at any time from your personal account.
Delivery times
Delivery times, from the date of validation of your order, are 48 hours maximum.
If you order on Tuesday morning before 10:00 am, you will be delivered to your home no later than the following Thursday.
If you order on Saturday or Sunday, you will be delivered to your home no later than the following Tuesday.
Carrier
We use the services of Chronopost and Point Relais to ensure a follow-up and the best quality of service for your delivery (see our delivery conditions page here).
When ordering you can choose the place of delivery even when it is different from your billing location.
