What are the uses of Cardboard Pallet Feet ?

The cardboard pallet feet make it possible to completely eliminate the parcel support pallet (wood or other materials) generally used.

Its use is very simple and very fast. Equipped with an extra strong self-adhesive strip along its entire length, you just have to remove the cover and stick it under your packaging box(es), containers or display box for in-store display.

Very resistant and very light, the pallet foot 100X190X90 cm, allows substantial savings both during its use (on average 4 times less expensive than a pallet) and on the reduction of the total weight of your parcels in transport price.

A huge space saving in your warehouses !

With 715 feet of cardboard 100X190X90 cm (in packaging size 120X120X100 cm or 1.44m² and a volume of 1.44 m3), you can deliver up to 357 packages in 400X600 format using only 2 feet.

Comparatively, the space taken in your warehouses for wooden pallets, for example, of dimension 400X600 would be at least 3.5 places on the ground in equivalent 100X120X260, i.e. 4.2 m² and 10.92m3!

Also, the height of the pallet feet is 10 cm which is more than sufficient for the passage of the forks of any handling equipment (forklift, stacker, pallet truck, etc.).

Cardboard pallet feet are widely used for air transport.

As a comparison, you can save up to 3 kilos compared to using a pallet. 3 kilos of weight gain at the price of one kilo in air freight is several tens or even hundreds of euros in transport costs.

Our Recycled Cardboard Pallet Feet are packed, directly at the end of the manufacturing process, per pallet of 715 self-adhesive feet.

With a unit weight of   0,15 kg, the total weight of a stack of cardboard pallets is approximately 107,25 kg. 2 stacks of self-adhesive cardboard feet can be stacked on top of each other.

You must be equipped with a handling machine, forklift, stacker, pallet truck in working order at your site on the day of delivery to unload them.

Handling Conditions

Depending on the locations you choose, you will be able to transform your shipping carton into 2 or 4 entries. That is to say that you will be able to handle with your forklift truck or any other load moving device either on 2 sides or on all 4 sides of your package.

Storage conditions

It is strongly recommended to store them under cover either under a canopy or inside your factory or warehouse.

Even if the cardboard is produced with a characteristic hydrophobic layer, it remains sensitive to both moisture and rain. This is even more the case if the layer is damaged or torn.

When they are loaded by your products, it is also preferable to store them indoors.

They cannot be directly stored in rack whatever are empty or packed of your parcels.

On the other hand, you can easily store them in your shelves with a so-called mother pallet equipped with soles resting on the rails.

Export Approval, and ISPM15 Processing

They are fully approved and certified for ISPM15, directly during the manufacturing process.

Due to the method of production and inert materials, they are accepted by customs in all countries of the world.

Upon request, we can provide you with the certificate of approval for export and can also customize it according to your shipping destination.

Precautions to be taken at the time of delivery
