If you have an account with a sea freight forwarder (e.g. to pool the container load), we can also deliver directly to them in France or Europe. With your exemption certificate, we will not charge you value added tax (VAT) even for a delivery in France.

Precautions to be taken on delivery

Before signing the delivery note :

-          We deliver on a one-way pallet - Please ensure that you have the necessary handling equipment (e.g. forklift) to unload your package.

-          Check the external condition of the package

-          Check that the delivery note corresponds to the products delivered and ordered

In spite of all the care we take both in the preparation and the instructions given to the carrier, if you notice an anomaly, we ask you :

-          make handwritten and sufficiently detailed reservations on the paper delivery note or on the receiving equipment (which the driver asks you to sign electronically).

-          Take one or two photos before the carrier leaves

-          Inform us of the complaint either via your customer account or by sending us a message to: qualite@mypalletsonline.com

Without these indispensable handwritten reservations, we will unfortunately not be able to provide compensation.
